Yin-Mix

This is a calm, semi flow practice that helps stimulate the body's natural heat and steady the breath. We assist the body in releasing toxins that prevent us from moving forward in life, while encouraging the mind to find peace in the present and just BE. We aim to challenge our bodies and minds. Different from traditional yoga flow classes, Yin asanas are held much longer to encourage and allow for a deep connection into tissues and joints. The asanas or poses in Yin Yoga release the areas that are impossible to touch. Aromatherapy is also used to stimulate and relax the mind and body. The class is structure to the participants who show up, however there are always some common areas of focus: Releasing tight muscles, Peace, Awareness, Meditation, Pranayama (breath), Toxin Release, Aromatherapy
